I\'m thrilled to have recently joined the Talent Acquisition team at Barnhart Crane & Rigging where I manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the needs of hiring managers to locate the best candidates for their teams. Even if you don\'t seen an open position that fits you, send me a message anyway!In the years prior to entering this role, I gained 15+ years of experience working with non-profits, supporting my teammates through a love for the details: creating processes for more efficient teamwork, training new employees, organizing, and more. In my last role as a System Support Specialist with the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, I wrote standard operating procedures, trained new staff to use Salesforce, built online programs, and regularly reviewed data as part of duplicate management. As we transitioned our organization to the Salesforce platform (built by Traction Rec), I played a key role in testing end user functions.As an independent contractor for several years, I gained experience in web management, talent recruitment, content writing, copywriting, and more. As a performing songwriter, I do what any independent business owner does - build a good database of contacts, book shows, manage my website and social media content and more. During my live performances, I share glimpses into life by asking the unanswerable questions about life and death and grief: how do we keep going? How do we make peace with what we\'ve lost? How do we continue to choose and love the people we choose and love?
