Navigating the complexities of neurodivergence at work and in daily life poses unique challenges for individuals and the organisations that employ them. Understanding and managing these needs can often be overlooked, leading to underutilisation of potential and a lack of support that respects neurodivergent experiences.Without specialised, empathetic support, neurodivergent individuals frequently encounter barriers that prevent full participation and satisfaction in their professional and personal lives. Employers, too, struggle to implement effective inclusion strategies, missing out on the profound benefits that a truly diverse workforce can offer.With over a decade of experience in health and social care and a strong academic foundation in psychology, I am a qualified Behaviour Change (Health and Wellbeing) practitioner specialising in neurodiversity. My work—from coaching in the NHS to leading projects tailored to vulnerable populations—focuses on enhancing the understanding and inclusion of neurodivergent individuals. I develop and deliver bespoke content that empowers both neurodivergent individuals and the organisations that support them, helping to transform workplace environments and personal lives through tailored, compassionate strategies.
