I think big, and I’m driven by the challenge of turning ambitious ideas into meaningful, scalable solutions.My career began in landscape architecture, where I learned how thoughtful design can shape experiences, influence behavior, and bring people together. For six years I designed outdoor spaces intended to inspire movement and connection. While my career eventually took an unexpected turn into the financial industry, the foundation of design thinking has remained at the core of everything I do.Today, I bring that same design mindset to organizational strategy, change leadership, and experience design at Wells Fargo. My background allows me to approach complex challenges with a perspective that blends creativity, systems thinking, and practical execution. I’m naturally curious, energized by solving problems, and passionate about building programs that improve how people work, learn, and collaborate.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to a wide range of initiatives—from redesigning high-priority enterprise programs and complex HR processes, to building learning experiences that support managers across the organization, to creating large-scale internal conferences and communities that connect thousands of employees through shared learning and innovation.What motivates me most is designing solutions that truly work for the people they serve. Whether that means simplifying complex processes, creating engaging learning experiences, or building communities around data and analytics, my goal is always the same: deliver thoughtful, human-centered solutions that drive real impact.Outside of work, I’m just as inspired by creativity and exploration. I’m an avid audiobook listener (no genre left behind), love cooking and baking, and enjoy hiking with my family through Minnesota’s incredible state parks. Getting outside, resetting in nature, and designing in whatever medium sparks my interest keeps my creativity fueled both personally and professionally.
