Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and the Digital Content Strategy and Experience Division. Serve as a key liaison across departments and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, personnel processes, and cross-divisional initiatives.Administrative Support & Strategic Operations: Lead calendar, financial, and travel management for the CDO. Support institutional strategic planning efforts and independently manage projects aligned with division-wide goals.Project Management & Division Coordination: Oversee planning, reporting, and communication for cross-departmental initiatives, trainings, and digital content strategy workflows. Coordinate monthly division-wide meetings and ensure effective knowledge sharing.Personnel & Staffing Management: Administer full-cycle personnel operations, including staffing needs forecasting, review and recommendation of personnel actions, and onboarding of new hires. Advise the CDO on staffing strategies and ensure compliance with HR processes. Exhibition Planning & Administration: Lead the division’s exhibition-related operations, including internal coordination, budget tracking, content briefing, and liaison with external partners. Manage a team of exhibition representatives and serve as the division’s primary point of contact.Research & Content Strategy Support: Conduct content and institutional research to support digital initiatives. Maintain a portfolio of ongoing content offers, manage external relationships, and contribute to brainstorming and planning for digital experiences.
