I am an enthusiastic midwife with a significant experience in clinical risk management and clinical research spanning many specialities including extensive reproductive health and more general experience in paediatrics, ENT, respiratory, intensive care and anaesthetics. My focus is always about the patients and participants and how we can help them now or in the future by safely gathering accurate data and asking the right questions. I have experience in PMRT reviews and also reviews of significant incidents using root cause analysis techniques and after action reviews.
