About Abby Patterson
During my undergrad at Texas A&M, I studied psychology and business which when combined, allows me to understand people and problems in a new light. My past experiences as a research assistant at Texas A&M University sparked my interest in strategic thinking, analyzing data, and problem-solving. Through my internship experiences, I have been given opportunities to develop these skills through being given data sets and searching for problematic inconsistencies in order to strategically solve underlying issues. I find myself being one to critically adapt and plan, making sure to not neglect even the smallest details at hand. I am excited to pursue my Master’s in human resources management so I can transfer my previous knowledge and build upon my weaknesses. I hope to be able to bring a perspective of new and open eyes to workplace challenges and learn from my peers and professors.
