Overseeing the bespoke arm of the charity, Education UK powers social change through world-class communication and debating training for students and teachers across the UK.• Lead 300+ education partnerships, working with over 200 schools internationally to deliver impactful programmes that build confidence, skills, and social mobility.• Lead and empower teams to collaborate with partners in designing creative and innovative programmes, partnering with organisations such as the National Gallery, University of Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, and the Sutton Trust.• Lead and design impactful programmes with education charities across EMEA and Asia—including Japan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Nigeria—addressing local needs and driving educational equity.• Head up our CPD Online Platform, featuring teacher-designed resources and our Motions Chamber, empowering educators to integrate debating and critical thinking into their classrooms.• Build and nurture partnerships with schools, multi-academy trusts, and organisations to embed debating and communication skills at scale.• Drive innovation in the AI space, developing cutting-edge online platforms to deliver training to millions globally.
