ABOUT ABBY KRAYNAK

I recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Biology (Pre-Medicine Program) and a minor in Business while actively engaging in diverse work experiences and leadership roles. My professional journey includes valuable research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, where I collaborated with esteemed researchers to develop and perform experiments. Additionally, I have honed my mentoring skills as a Peer Tutor, assisting students in various subjects, and as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center, where I supported children with autism in developing crucial communication and social skills. As the Co-Founder and President of the Friendship Circle at OSU, I have led initiatives to provide friendship and engaging activities for children and young adults with disabilities, partnering with our parent organization to deliver impactful voluntary programs. My leadership extends to roles within VAW Global Health Alliances and Alpha Phi – Rho Chapter, where I have directed volunteer efforts, marketing strategies, and recruitment processes. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and mental health advocacy through my volunteer work. My diverse experiences, from fitness instruction to customer service, have equipped me with a versatile skill set and a deep dedication to improving the lives of others.
