As Executive Director Designate, I am leading the transition into the Executive Director role (effective Jan 1, 2026), while supporting the continued growth of Pittsburgh Bereavement Doulas.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee organizational strategy, operations, and program expansion to meet the needs of bereaved families in Pittsburgh. • Support smooth leadership transition with founding Executive Director, ensuring continuity of care and mission integrity. • Lead recruitment, training, and support of bereavement doulas, photographers, board members, and volunteers. • Strengthen funding and sustainability through grants, partnerships, and donor engagement. • Represent PBD in media, community events, and professional partnerships (including upcoming KDKA feature). • Advance equity, trauma-informed practices, and inclusivity across all organizational systems.About PBD:Founded in 2018, Pittsburgh Bereavement Doulas provides compassionate, trauma-informed care for families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss—ensuring no one grieves alone.

Experienced Intensive Support Program Manager at Hello Neighbor, specializing in the development and oversight of the Smart Start program—a culturally-tailored pregnancy and postpartum support initiative. Dedicated to empowering vulnerable immigrants and refugees in the Pittsburgh region through the cultivation, development, and management of intensive case management programs.
