Abby is the Vice President of Brand Management & Communications for Unleashed Brands, a youth enrichment platform company generating over $1 billion in systemwide revenue. The company is home to a powerhouse portfolio of category-leading brands focused on child and adolescent development, including Urban Air Adventure Parks, The Little Gym, Sylvan Learning, Snapology, Premier Martial Arts, Class 101, and Water Wings Swim School.With over a decade of franchise marketing experience and a foundation in agency-side marketing, Abby brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to the franchising space. She has worked across every facet of franchise marketing—from developing local store marketing plans to building full-funnel franchise recruitment campaigns.In her current role, she leads all franchise development marketing efforts for Unleashed Brands, supporting candidate pipelines across a wide spectrum of investment levels—from $100K emerging brand opportunities to $8M multi-unit, multi-park developments. She also drives public relations and both internal and external communications across the platform, ensuring aligned messaging, strong stakeholder engagement, and a cohesive brand presence.Abby is a passionate advocate for franchising and active within the International Franchise Association (IFA). She serves on both the Women’s Franchise Committee, where she co-chairs the Marketing Committee, and the Marketing & Innovation Committee.Recognized for her leadership and impact in the industry, Abby was named a “Young One to Watch” by 1851 Franchise in 2021 and included in Entrepreneur magazine’s list of Top Influential Women in Franchising in 2022.
