I’m an enterprise talent and learning executive who believes the employee experience is built — or broken — in the everyday moments people have at work. From frontline employees to senior leaders, I focus on creating clarity, meaningful development, and systems that help people feel heard, valued, and capable of doing their best work.I partner closely with CHROs, HR leadership teams, and business leaders to design and integrate talent management, performance, learning, and leadership strategies across complex, manufacturing-led organizations. My approach blends strategic rigor with empathy — translating enterprise priorities into human-centered experiences that leaders and employees can actually execute.Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale transformation and integration efforts, unified performance and talent frameworks, and built learning ecosystems that support growth, accountability, and engagement across the full employee lifecycle. I’m especially passionate about strengthening the moments that matter most: onboarding, development, performance conversations, leadership transitions, and times of change.At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people want to feel heard, not managed.
