People are the heartbeat of organizations. With all that these past years has illuminated, now is the time to clarify who your organization wants to be and make meaningful change. Racial equity is a core part of my values. As a white cisgender consultant, I know my personal identities and experience shape my work and give me unique opportunities (and limitations). I strive to elevate the voice of underrepresented employees throughout my work by including employees and community stakeholders in the design and review process, disaggregating data, assessing power dynamics and measuring outcomes.I work with all sizes of organizations across sectors.
