Lead school & district curriculum initiatives through workshops of all sizes (up to 130 staff)- Coach teachers in all departments- Oversee the Mentoring Program for all new to education & new to SAU 29 staff- Help staff with the Site Based Licenseing Process- Supervise the science department (14 staff) including hiring, budgeting, purchasing, servicing of equipment, yearly schedule formation, formal evaluation, facilitation of department meetings, & more- Supervise and work collaboratively with the Instructional Technology Specialist for the betterment if staff & students- Work collaboratively with the ELO Coordinator to ensure curriculum alignment, etc- Coordinate scheduling for and guide the implementation og PLCs in all departments- Plan and coordinate Professional Development/Workshop days- Coordinate PSAT NMSQT, PSAT 10, SAT, and NH SAS Science testing for 600+ students & maintain state accountability records- Coordinate local ExactPath testing for students 3x/year- Collaborate with staff to analyze data from state and local assessments to develop plans for intervention and PD- Oversee the Keene Academy Fund yearly proposal process, including usage of the Speakers Series funds & approve all guest speakers- Oversee staff attending outside events for PD including the budget/purchasing, approval process, & signing off on PD hours- Participate in various groups such as the Professional Development Committee (on boarding, PD Master Plan revision) & the Instructional Technology Team (approving tech, advocating for staff needs)- Send out Weekly Updates to staff as well as monthly meeting agendas- Collaborate with the administrative team to meet strategic plan goals & staff/student needs- Participate as an active administrative member in Safety Drills & administrative duties- Help coordinate school events, including STEM Night- Oversee staff working in stipend roles such as the Keys to Literacy coaches.
