Oversee all EHS programs for Aviation Systems and Agile Development Group Segments of L3Harris portfolio that included businesses specializing in Explosives / Military Ordnance, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, High-Energy Nuclear Radiation Simulators, Space-Application Ring Laser Gyroscopes, Military and Commercial Flight Simulators, Military and Commercial Flight Schools, RF and Microwave Antenna Systems, Millimeter-Wave Scanners, Electron Tube Image Intensifiers, and Electro-Optical Camera and Designator Systems. Manage EHS programs and staff at more than 200 US and international locations and approximately 45 designated EHS resources. Provide strategic direction for all corporate-wide EHS programs, as well as development of programs specific to the unique needs of my portion of the business. Manage EHS-related liabilities related to site divestitures, site closures, and environmental remediation. Create and/or develop Corporate-wide policies, procedures, and resources to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements in addition to unique regulatory obligations from the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Federal Aviation Administration, and other regulatory entities with jurisdiction over L3Harris businesses.
