Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, stakeholders, and the rest of the TetraLogical team to design tailored accessibility solutions for large-scale, long-term initiatives and smaller, short-term engagements. Provide strategic consultancy for customers, leading sustainable accessibility programmes, and supporting other members of the TetraLogical team. Conduct accessibility assessments and design reviews of atypical products and services, using international accessibility standards and guidelines and a range of innovative techniques and tools. Providing mentorship and guidance for less experienced members of the TetraLogical team. Supporting sales by providing technical direction for prospective clients, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to pitches and proposals. Collaborating with project management to make sure that people are assigned to project teams appropriately.
