As an instrumentation technician at KCA DEUTAG -SAUDI INTERNATIONAL ENERGY SERVICES Saipem, I have gained extensive experience in the drilling industry. My role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and calibrating various sensors such as pressure transmitters, encoders, flow meters, and ultrasonic level sensors. I take pride in my ability to ensure the accurate functioning of these instruments, contributing to the smooth operation of drilling processes.In addition to my on-the-job experience, I have also completed training from RAWABI PASON in their sensor calibration procedures and WITSML 1.4.1.1. This has further enhanced my skills and knowledge in the field. I am also a trained technician for the MD TOTCO NOV instrumentation system and have worked with DAQ5 and DAQ10 systems. Additionally, I have been responsible for providing remote assistance for WITSML 1.4.1.1 for rig sites, showcasing my proficiency in utilizing technology for efficient and effective work.Prior to my current role, I worked as a sub-engineer at Kerala state electricity board transmission division. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the electrical and electronics field, which complements my current work in the drilling industry.
