About Abbi Failla

With over two decades of experience in strategy, innovation, and performance transformation, I joined EASE Logistics in 2021 and founded the company’s first Strategy and Innovation department, positioning EASE as an innovation leader within the logistics sector. I’ve had the privilege to build and lead teams in Strategy & Innovation, Marketing, ESG, Training and Development, Human Resources, and Technology during my tenure at EASE. Emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and philanthropy, we\'ve notably enhanced EASE’s reputation for both innovation and corporate citizenship. It’s been an honor leading EASE to be designated as Fortune\'s Most Innovative Transportation Company in America in 2023 and to work with a team who created an initiative leading EASE to receive Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas Award in 2024. Through collaboration and partnerships, EASE was selected as the host fleet for two DriveOhio automated trucking and platooning initiatives. Data gathered from these projects will be used to develop state and federal ADS regulations. I love being a small part of changing our industry for the better! For over 20 years my career has specialized in Human Performance and Transformation with experience in event creation and management across various sectors, including government, finance, insurance, healthcare, automotive, and logistics. I\'ve had the unique opportunity to collaborate with Governors, CEOs, and Boards of Directors to cultivate high-performance teams through incentive and reward programs.Raised in Dublin, Ohio, where EASE is headquartered, I am an alumna of Ohio University and currently reside in my hometown with my two spoiled pups, Poppy and Norman.
