I lead a team of airsole tooling design engineers, where I utilize my strengths in developing others and organizing to ensure airsole products are delivered consistently, sustainably, on-time, and meet customer\'s desires. At my core I am a problem-solver and planner. I lead with compassionate enablement, making people\'s day better by meeting them where they are and connecting them with tools, knowledge, and resources to move forward.At Nike, I don’t just wear the Swoosh, I am the Swoosh. I carry the legacy of the creator, innovator and rebel who made us what we are: Bowerman, Knight, and Prefontaine. Behind this great brand, inspiring company and innovative products are great people. I combine my interests whenever possible to maximize my time, like founding a sports-based book club and leading a 4-H Clothing and Textiles club.
