Lead a team of analysts and program managers, focused on Network Design & Modeling and Sustainability. For the Services & Logistics team in Supply Chain, develop and execute network strategy, analyze scenarios for future network moves using various tools, from simple Excel-based optimization analyses to more sophisticated algorithm-based tools such as Supply Chain Guru. Utilize AI & Machine Learning to improve quality & velocity of network recommendations. Maintain optimal depot network for Cisco\'s premium & standard service business through the use of ESRI ArcGI geolocation & geocoding. Work closely with Logistics sourcing teams to open projects for exectuion with outsourced partners. Forecast future network positions, costs, and environmental impact. Own, verify, report on, and reduce Cisco\'s Greenhouse Gas emissions for Services & Logistics (Scope 3 Category 4 & 9 Upstream & Downstream Transportation; Category 12 End of Life of Sold Products) in alignment with our Net Zero by 2040 target, certified by SBTi. Work with product engineers to develop inventory & logistics trade-off cost models. Onboard Cisco\'s key & strategic logistics suppliers to the Responsible Business Alliance Responsible Factory Initiative, supporting over 50 audits by 2030. Support Cisco\'s Circular Economy programs through thought leadership & project-based support across our pillars through topics such as Design for Repair Reuse & Disassembly, and developing buyback programs for used products.
