   As the Mission and Brand Enhancement Director, I share and educate our community on the mission of the Oshkosh YMCA through strategic marketing efforts. To do this, I create marketing and communication pieces for the organization such as newsletters/e-newsletters, brochures, campaign pieces, advertisements, special event collateral and more. I write regular press releases, create e-newsletters, maintain our websites, manage all aspects of social media and uphold positive partnerships with Y staff, our Board of Directors, volunteers, members, donors, media contacts, vendors and more. I also assist in coordinating all special events for the Oshkosh Y. My goal is to infuse the Y\'s mission into ALL that we do and help share the Oshkosh Y story with our community, while also promoting our offerings, programs and events and maintaining a visible role in our community.
