Project managing a very exciting and significant tranformation project for HES and for HES customers and staff, Developing the Business Case, managing the ITT supplier procurement through Gov frameworks then managing the internal HES Project team, supplier relationship and delivery (Agile) and change. DXP/CMS technology to surface content from a considerable number of existing HES websites and data sources onto a single new website using the Bloomreach platform. Includes working to Scottish Government reviews and standards, and building in to the whole development planning process. It should make the whole user experience and journey a whole lot simpler and more enjoyable and also help HES to enagage with wider audiences and really grow the HES brand.
