Created training processes that did not previously exist. Continuing to make suggestions for process improvements- Has a significant impact on team\'s ability to win orders/secure business alongside our partners- Has excellent relationships with customers- Trusted as a point of escalation for some coworkers and is now focused on some of our larger customers- Got the organization set up with a workplace mental health program. Formed a team and now has regular meetings to organize/plan mental health-related events, encourage relevant conversations and break stigma- Is heavily involved in Events Committee.May 2019-April 2021- Completed a 16-month internship working in the lighting quotes department at Cooper Lighting Solutions (formerly Eaton)- Organized the majority of the requests received by our team and delegated them to the relevant functional groups- Quoted lighting projects to distributors in the GTA- Adapted to rapidly changing teams at the start of covid and remained on contract part-time while finishing engineering degree remotely- Assisted with order approvals- Created new training processes for the intern following me.
