My work has reached millions, with a digital audience of 20k and growing, and viral content engaged with across 60+ countries.With 7+ years of experience developing leaders, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals to land roles they’re proud of—often with major salary increases and renewed clarity. As a former hiring and program manager with interviews led, I know what recruiters really want and how to position talent for top-tier roles. I also teach career development at the university level, where I’ve taught over 350+ students and built a proprietary curriculum rooted in strategy, storytelling, and self-awareness.Prior to launching The Bold Professional, I served as a senior leader at Gradient (formerly 36 Degrees North), where I created and scaled Oklahoma’s largest tech incubator—achieving 92% capacity in just six months, 2.5 years ahead of industry benchmarks. I managed multi-stakeholder projects (including a sq ft redevelopment project), built a portfolio of 70+ partnerships, and led support for 50+ high-growth startups.My work bridges the worlds of innovation, leadership, and economic empowerment.
