About Abbey Pampin
I am a litigation attorney with Mayer, LLP. My practice is focused on civil defense litigation. I defend corporations of all sizes and individuals in the areas of E&O, construction defect, breach of contract, commercial trucking, hospitality, transportation, premises liability, products liability, the childcare industry, and dram shop liability. Prior to civil defense, I had the opportunity to represent personal injury plaintiffs in litigation. My experience provides me with a unique skill set and allows me to be a zealous advocate on either side of the “v.”I am a member of the State Bar of Texas and am licensed to practice in all Texas Federal Courts. I am passionate about women\'s rights, reproductive rights, civil rights, and voting rights. I am also an outspoken advocate for working parents, paid family leave, and workplace accommodations for nursing mothers.Prior to my career in law, I attended The University of Texas at Austin, where I double-majored in English and Rhetoric & Writing. After graduating from UT Austin, I attended New England | Law Boston, where I was a member of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors program, served as a Student Ambassador, and took part in the Consortium for Innovative Legal Education. While in law school, I gained experience clerking for complex civil litigation and commercial litigation firms. I also served as an SJC 3:03 Student Attorney and represented clients in family law proceedings.
