Senior Director of Marketing and Communications @Alzheimer's Association®

Serves as the Association’s representative with the media across Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including developing PR strategy, generating media attention, facilitating interviews and spokesperson media training and preparation (covers research, human-interest, breaking news, features and crisis communications) Develops, manages, executes and measures the success of an effective regional marketing and communications plan in alignment with the Alzheimer’s Association’s National Strategic Plan (including but not limited to media relations, social media, print/digital marketing, and paid advertising) Manages Chapter, Regional budget and forecast for department including marketing, advertising and grant-funded efforts Supervises, supports, develops and helps recruit marketing and communications staff across Chapter, Region Drives executive communications for Association leadership, Board of Directors Provides strategic counsel, develops and executes earned PR campaigns, and works cross-functionally and region-wide to foster collaboration and consensus for communications, marketing activities Leads marketing and communications staff to manage social media channels and integrated campaigns in order to expand awareness and reach of Chapter programs, services and development efforts Manages teams responsible for all marketing and communication collateral including: print materials, digital (website, newsletters), collateral design, social media, PR material and messaging, and paid advertising Assists with the grant writing process-both in application, tracking and reporting to funding sources Serves as regional representative for National Marketing and Communication team, workgroups Assures compliance with all Alzheimer’s Association branding policies, procedures, standards and applicable regulatory requirements
