I joined Sanderson at the beginning of 2022 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and sit before you today as a Relationship Manager who is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with five of our clients, two of which sit within Sanderson Projects. Working in partnership, I strive to find the best fit solution to your challenges through my person-centred and trusted approach. As a client looking to fill a requirement as little as one or two, or a team of 40+, myself and the Sanderson machine behind me will work together to produce a bespoke solution for you and you only - giving you exclusivity and value. As a candidate or associate deployed through our business, I am on hand to respond to any of your queries, ensure a smooth on-boarding process into any role/contract as well as ensuring that the duration of your contract with our clients is valuable.
