Collaborate with other members of the Site Leadership Team, and add value through effective implementation of Eaton Business Systems tools and processes-Managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing raw materials and coordinating the delivery of finished goods-Monitoring inventory levels and production schedules, and forecasting demand to avoid stock shortages or overstocking-Manage and schedule production workflows as per Material Planning Schedule-Ensure correct planning and purchasing parameters are loaded in the MRP settings-Execute logistics (shipping and receiving) to support production-Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve optimum cost per item, while ensuring supplier performance meets quality and delivery expectations-Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across the supply chain-Maintain accurate records of material inventory and ensure material is in the right place at the right time. Analyse data and prepare consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal supply chain solutions-Support NPI within the plant-Leading and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals-Evaluate operational performance of the team in order to facilitate talent and performance management.
