ABOUT ABBEY CHAPMAN
I currently serve as CFO @ Remora Capital, a business development company (BDC) and purchaser of senior secured corporate loans. We enable our investment partners to co-invest alongside private equity sponsors & loan originators in the U.S. middle market. Previously, I was the Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance at Aesthetic Partners, the sole operating company of Conant Capital, an investment management firm focused on opportunities in the healthcare industry. As an initial member of the corporate team, I was fortunate to be involved in its incredible growth through several acquisitions. Prior to Aesthetic Partners, I was an analyst at Main Street Capital, a publicly traded private debt & equity firm. I received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude (3.92/4.0), from UCLA, with a concentration in finance. Outside of work, I am passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer weekly, coaching debate at a low-income school in Houston. I also serve as guardian ad-litem for kids in the local foster system.
