ABOUT ABBEE HAUSMAN
I have extensive training and experience in sales, sales management, marketing, merchandising, and sales training. I have been in sales management for almost 14 years and couldn\'t imagine being in any other industry! In May 2016 I was promoted to the commercial sales team manager for Quill.com after only being employed at the company for one year. My prior job role with quill.com was a regional account manager. I managed all education and public sector accounts in the states of : Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.In June of 2018 I received an offer to become a government account manager with W.W Grainger that I could not turn down. Leaving a sales leadership position to move down to a sales role was intense. Starting a new career at a new company was even more nerve wracking! If I felt that I knew everything I needed to know about being a leader in one role at one company then I wouldn’t be a very good leader would I?I’ve been working and LEARNING at Grainger for the last year and a half and the opportunities are endless and I am so glad I decided to leave my comfort zone to grow as a sales person and most importantly as a leader.
