Established teams with more than three developers globally to develop enhancements on the ServiceNow ITSM application i.e. Change, Catalog, Problem, DPM and Incident- Collaborated with the ServiceNow platform teams to understand their agile weekly release plan and processes- Created Jira templates to improve SDLC velocity from ideation (epic/features) to prod-delivery. This was highly respected by team members- Encouraged new developers, testers, analysts by providing key Confluence documentation and Servicenow product documentation to read for feedbacks- Performed Sprint reviews or demonstrations to other ServiceNow design-impacted teams for cross validations- Presented module changes to other Servicenow module stakeholders for approval of change in case of integrated functionalities- Held bi-weekly backlog grooming sessions with product owner to clarify feature/epic goals and dates- Held daily scrum calls with developers to help identify any silos or blockers with daily performing tasks on their stories- Encourage testers to test different scenarios of changes our team was making and made it comfortable for them to report on Jira- Conducted and encouraged monthly retrospectives with the team to review definitions of done, ready, work agreements, recognitions and any other sprint/process improvements- Justified custom changes to the Design Review Board at Wells Fargo represented by people from ServiceNow- Report annual performances of developers on a positive note to encourage productivity and creativity- Pushed product analysts to think out of the box on new stories to prepare two sprints of work constantly- Encouraged team mates to not point fingers but instead use the \'we\' tone to improve team cohesiveness- As a delivery lead I personally took charge of product regression testing to make sure the lights turn on the next day and not users were adversely impacted.
