I’m a passionate advocate for workplace wellbeing and equity, with over a decade of experience helping organizations build healthier, more inclusive work cultures around the globe. My approach is grounded in empathy, anti-oppressive practice, and a belief that people thrive in wellbeing-centric workplaces.Over the years, I’ve led change in some of the most challenging environments, often stepping in during times of crisis or transition. I’ve supported global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, offering stability, and building structures where it’s needed most. I\'m passionate about wellbeing collectives, supporting ERGs, shaping mental health strategy, mentoring leaders, and guiding teams through change. I show up with calm, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose to create a culture where people, especially those often unheard, can thrive.I’m fluent in both English and Arabic. My experience living and working in Canada, Japan, Denmark and the UAE taught me to bring a culturally responsive lens to everything I do.
