I lead the design, evolution, and support of data-driven solutions in the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on Customer Experience Management (CEM), network analytics, and most recently, AI-powered transformation.In my earlier years at TELUS, I drove the understanding and adoption of Customer Network Analytics, consolidating business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders and collaborating closely with network, device, and service SMEs to deliver insights. I designed and supported scalable data pipelines and platforms across both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring reliability, governance, and strong data stewardship practices.Today, as part of the AI Accelerator team, I focus on bringing the potential of AI/ML and GenAI into action. Using Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, etc.), I engineer solutions that:Deliver hyper-personalized marketing campaignsOptimize customer journeys with predictive AI/ML modelsProactively improve network and system reliabilityApply GenAI to boost efficiency and unlock new business valueMy role combines deep telecom expertise with modern cloud data engineering, bridging traditional networks and cutting-edge AI.
