Over the past two decades, I’ve scaled FP & A systems globally, built KPI frameworks, and driven enterprise-wide performance using SAP, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. My work has contributed to optimizing EBITDA (~$5B) and Cash Flow (~$3B), delivering $150M+ in cost savings and unlocking $700M in working capital.I’ve also supported $500M in M&A transactions, aligning deal strategy with valuation modeling and post-merger integration.
