I am a very hard working person who is always keen to learn new skills and techniques. I love meeting new people from various backgrounds and qualifications. I am very interested in understanding and impacting current trends in the market and using my skills and knowledge to improve any endeavor I am a part of while improving my self. I love reading books that can help me grow, become a better human being, professional and a global citizen. Some of my favorite books include Magic of Thinking big by David Schwartz and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. My objective is to pursue a career in engineering and become an entrepreneur being able to have a positive impact on the lives of as many people as I possibly can. My other big goal in life to be able to completely support my parents as they have made a huge difference in making me the person I am today.

Led both Temple plant and Fletcher plant in full inventory from start to finish.o Full Temple plant Inventory with bin reset.o Full Fletcher Plant Inventory.o Audited Full Temple Plant Inventory.o Compact Inventory for Fletcher Plant.o Ongoing: Created Super Cutter Inventory, tracking, cycle counting, and replenishment plan.The inventory involved mapping out the process, documenting and training the users, facilitating communication, managing the count sheets and keyers• I managed the Oracle R12 reporting tool, getting user requirements, templates, work with developers, testing, and final roll out of the reports. Then after roll out communication bugs and update requirements.• Developed, managed and integrated a new Distribution management tool named “Bible” for the Temple DC. This was a update to a old bible, but in a new format and source. I also created a training program and troubleshot issues on a ongoing basis.• I worked on major process documentation and training. The primary reason for these was to record legacy processes, find opportunities for improvements, and train and hire new employees. Processes documented included:(all the below listed documents are currently in use and was key to training new hires and knowledge transfer)o High Pressure Laminate (HPL) scheduling in Oracle 10.7o Low Pressure Laminate (LP) scheduling in Oracle 10.7o Inventory snapshot, Oracle WebADI template download and upload in Oracle R12.• Created, tested, rolled out and managed a new packaging instructions format onto the Pick Tickets, to ensure uniform packaging based on customer and requirements, resulting in reductions of repackaging and product damage.• Piloted a MTO/First time every time order fulfillment program. Started from initial data accumulation and analysis to VP level decision making. This is an ongoing program and has to potential to reduce rework by 70% resulting in quicker lead time, better service levels and higher customer satisfaction.
