In the absence of the Account Manager, act as primary liaison between company and client senior management. Assist with general Operations management, and performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including worldwide business standards. Ensure that major aspects of the security function on-site is performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training company wide, Site Supervisors assigned to the client site).Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel assigned to the client site. Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met. Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision. Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, communications, and presentations.
