I am a technophile that loves introducing varied new technologies & products to improve the lives of people and the environment. I have a successful track record of launching 30 new products across medical devices and consumer electronics and currently at an interesting juncture where these two industries merge (Smart Watches, AR wearables among other things). I am managing a team of highly motivated TPMs who are on a mission to enable on-time launch of these great devices by ensuring high-quality module and mechanical part deliveries. Skills-wise, I am adept at infrastructure building projects and aligning the product development goals with positive customer experience and enabling business value. I also enjoy building & launching data excellence projects from the ground up and have hands-on experience in manufacturing and statistical analysis. In my free time, I love to support causes to strengthen the voice of the engineer, empower equitable representation of all gender identities in senior leadership and many other DE & I causes.
