I am a highly motivated educator, evaluator, researcher and leader with a wide range of leadership, research, monitoring, evaluation, learning and teaching experience. Here are some of the highlights:1. Research and EvaluationCurrently, I am Educational Program Evaluator & Researcher. I involved in overseeing external contractors, designing RFPs, collecting and analyzing data to ensure evidence-based practices. I developed evaluation plans for internal and external evaluators, created data collection tools, analyzed data and reviewed evaluation reports. I also evaluated programs and ensured that appropriate processes & methodologies were used, and results were related to all stakeholders. I have experience in higher education program evaluations in the UK & USA: I was part of a research evaluation team to assess MAT teachers Programs. I was also a part of the national team to evaluate math curriculum.2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Research I have more than 7 years’ experience of collecting, describing, and analyzing data in the field of research, evaluation, education & management in GOV, INGO & private institutions to ensure evidence-based decision-making practices. Leadership experienceI have more than two decades of management and leadership experience. This includes more than 7 years in the area of research and evaluation, more than 8 years working in higher education, 3 years as high school principal, and more than 6 years in business management. I managed teams and budgets successfully. TeachingI taught math and professional courses such as research, methodology, Edu courses at high school, college and university levels. I supervised math practicum course in USA and worked with math teachers in the UK.5. Licenses & certificationI have recently completed trainings and received certifications as a Human Rights and Anti-trafficking consultant with the US Institute of Diplomacy & Human Rights.I am committed to my own professional development. Recently, I have started Data Science Professional Certificate Program with Harvard University (I completed 2 courses: R Basics & Visualization).
