As the HR Manager at Gaea Global Technologies, I have been leading and overseeing the human resources functions for the past 11.5 years, with the help of a dedicated and diverse team. I have been responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. I have also been involved in conducting performance appraisals, resolving employee grievances, and providing guidance and support to managers and staff on various HR issues. With my MBA degree in HR and my previous experience I have gained a strong knowledge and expertise in the HR field, especially in the IT sector. I have also developed skills in screening, employee relations, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating a productive and engaging work environment, where employees can grow and thrive, and where the organization can achieve its goals and objectives.
