My experience is Business Management, managing personnel of 50+ employees, creating a sales driven team to reach out to companies in the Golden Triangle to help them with Personnel issues. We not only work for companies searching for employees, we work for people searching for employment. We offer staffing solutions that include evaluation and direct hire, temporary and contract staffing, professional search and contract, flexible staffing, and onsite services. I manage all features of business, including client service, sales, accountings and employing and training. I hold each of my employees accountable to make a certain number of sales calls each week to prospecting companies.
