Plan and execute all engineering and technical functions within the Contract Management Office (CMO) such as engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance.• Analyze performance data for trends and evaluates supplier performance to implement lessons learned and improve surveillance, training, and reporting processes. Provides Quality Assurance Engineer on-site surveillance support to CMO QA personnel.• Advise and provide direction, planning, and policy execution within the CMO ensuring effective and efficient implementation of new and existing agency engineering and quality assurance policy, training and tools.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with agency organizations, DoD organizations, standards bodies and educational institutions to advance the state-of-the-art of assigned functional areas across the CMO enterprise.• Develop and deploy tools and processes to document and analyze the results of Quality Assurance Engineer surveillance activities.• Review Quality Assurance and engineering management systems to ensure contractor compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
