She has served as a field inspector for multiple projects regarding condition assessment, sampling, and permitting. She has extensive field work experience ranging from all types of both drinking and sewer systems. Ms. Baez has assisted project teams in all stages of the project from procurement, design, field work, to deliverables. She has also been involved in unique EPA superfund projects, restoration and mitigation projects plans to help restore utilities to normal operations following natural disasters as well as waste characterizations studies and sustainability efforts.
