ABOUT ADAM BANDLER
I currently serve as a White House–appointed Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, where I support senior leadership on workforce modernization and Unemployment Insurance reform, including program integrity, federal–state coordination, and interagency strategy. My work sits at the intersection of governance, economic policy, and institutional reform. I regularly prepare briefing materials and policy memoranda for senior officials and coordinate with White House and Cabinet-level stakeholders.Prior to joining the Department of Labor, I served as Digital Data Manager at the Republican National Committee and was selected to support headquarters operations for the 2024 presidential campaign in Florida.Earlier in my career, I worked at Hudson Institute supporting research initiatives and donor strategy, and conducted Middle East security research at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) in Tel Aviv. I also completed the Security Strategy Seminar – Iran Cohort through the Alexander Hamilton Society. My academic background includes a B.S. in Finance from Yeshiva University and Middle Eastern studies coursework at Tel Aviv University. I am particularly interested in economic governance, security strategy, and the intersection of domestic policy and international affairs.
