About Alex Kogan

As a senior technical PM at Amazon, I lead a cross-functional team of builders to optimize the deployment of robotic solutions into fulfillment centers in NA and Europe. In this role, I define the strategic vision and roadmap and execute on it by prioritizing and building the right solution. I do this through a combination of data-driven analytics as well as feedback from customers and other stakeholders. I combine my engineering background with my business skills to secure the buy-in of stakeholders through effective communication. These skills have enabled me to consistently achieve the best outcomes for our customers and our business. Over the years I have worked on several different technologies and have shown my ability to quickly adapt to changes and to lead various stakeholders. I have been a critical part of teams and have influenced them without authority through a shared vision. I have managed projects through the entire lifecycle phase from R&D to end of life. I enjoy learning new things and applying them to problems I am trying to solve. This is one of the reasons I completed my MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in economics, marketing, and operations. Outside of work and school, I enjoy watching the New England Patriots and spending time outdoors with my family.
