My work centers on guiding the Foundation through a strategic realignment to embrace a diversified revenue strategy that blends one-of-a-kind experiences, corporate sponsorships, and innovative donor engagement.I work with philanthropic, corporate, and civic partners to drive ambitious cultural and historic initiatives, while also overseeing new donor frameworks rooted in experience design and audience motivations. As the Foundation’s public voice, I shape its brand, fundraising strategy, and narrative profile, amplifying Fort Monroe’s story locally, nationally, and globally.
