Partner with clients and candidates to deliver tailored talent solutions across technology, transformation, and telecom sectors in Europe and the US • Work closely with dedicated points of contact (POCs) to understand role requirements, review CVs in detail, and gather continuous feedback • Attend supplier and client calls to gain deeper insight into hiring needs and challenges from a client perspective • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including candidate identification, screening, interview coordination, and offer management • Conduct in-depth candidate screening, acting as a hiring manager to ensure quality and role alignment • Maintain regular communication with candidates, sharing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations • Track and update candidate information in real time using Bullhorn ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process transparency • Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, SourceBreaker, Reed, Totaljobs, JobServe, and internal databases • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including submissions, interviews, placements, and data targets • Maintain detailed candidate and process tracking using Excel, managing data from initial contact through to placement • Support a variety of roles across multiple functions including IT, Business Operations, Sales, and Data/Analytics • Recruit for a range of seniority levels from junior to leadership positions (e.g, Data Scientists, Head of PMO, Director-level roles) • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and share progress
