These systems were customer-facing, latency-sensitive, and operated at very high scale, especially during peak sale events.I began my career at JP Morgan Chase, developing backend systems in highly regulated environments, which shaped my approach to reliability, correctness, and operational discipline.I enjoy owning complex backend problems from initial designing, implementation, trade-off analysis to production reliability and and long-term engineering impact.
