About Aayush Kataria
I\'m an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail. I\'m able to easily meet deadlines and am comfortable working remotely as well as on-site. I graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with Master\'s in Computer Science. Presently I am working as a Software / Machine Learning Engineer at Total System Services(TSYS). We are financial, payment processing company. As a Software Engineer I am working on a project called Identity as a Service, which provides authentication for device, phone and email to banking and other websites. As a Machine Learning Engineer I am working on Fraud Classificaiton of real time transactions data. I am also conducting a ML Bootcamp for my peers which has a strength of 30 people right now. Previous to that I worked on a banking and payments solution product called Boson, which is in production right now. I developed numerous Api\'s in different microservices interacting with each other. Worked on the data base design for the product and created a test framework called FileSqlSession for mocking the data being used while testing the API’s. I worked as a Research Scientist in Computational Population Biology Lab at University of Illinois at Chicago under Professor Tanya Berger-Wolf from Jan 2017 - Dec 2017. I worked as a Software Technical Intern at Bharat Electronics an Indian-state owned aerospace and defense company. I developed a GIS tracking system for tracking the location of the dumpers used in coal mining, also the health and fatigue management system of the dumper. I am presently looking for a full time job in a challenging position that needs innovation, creativity, and enables me to work in an exacting and fast paced environment.
