I am the Executive Assistant to Managing Director & CEO hired to work on Real Estate Business Strategy, core and non-core operations and report the health of the project to keep the management posted of any new and important advancements.In my previous role, I worked upon Asset to Fund level Valuation and Finance with Blackstone-Wipro COE (region - Europe) supporting for their Quarter and Annual reporting that comprised of making sure Capital Structure flows well, system reconciliations, Financial reporting (BS, P&L, CF Statements), Investor / Management / Debt reporting and Task Automations wherever required.I was also an EA to the SVP post COVID, where I designed and implemented SOPs for cost optimization as the RE industry was going through slim edges; also initiated and maintained an extensive database for reporting operational and overhead stats, analyzed and improved organizational processes, and managed clear and coherent communication between executive management and all the departments.
