ABOUT AAYUSHI MITTAL
As a trauma-informed psychologist, I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, grief, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and trauma-related distress. My approach is compassionate, paced to honour each client’s readiness- and yes, humour has a place in therapy too. I integrate tools like EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and more to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they reconnect with themselves.Beyond therapy, I mentor participants in the Advanced Trauma-Informed Care Course and lead communication at EmoAid. Whether it’s executing campaigns, facilitating webinars, or supporting trainings, I enjoy bringing structure and creativity together to make trauma-informed care more accessible and human!
