They help us in customer acquisition, localised sales & marketing to capture customers\' share of wallet, and the last mile logistics in their communities, thus making the community-led model more suitable for small towns, cities, and villages. 80% of our consumers transact for the very first time on CityMall’s app. We are enabling thousands of people to start their small business without any investment. Founded by IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee alumni with 8+ years of entrepreneurial experience, CityMall aims to create hundreds of thousands of such micro-entrepreneurs and empower them to create the go-to e-commerce platform for Bharat.
